Holiday Surprise Punch

2 L Canada Dry Ginger Ale
1.36 L pineapple juice
178 mL can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2.5 mL peppermint extract
Maraschino cherries

Place one cherry in each cube of an ice tray and fill with Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Freeze overnight. Combine chilled juices in a punch bowl. Add peppermint extract and stir. Pour in remaining Canada Dry Ginger Ale ice cubes.

Makes about 16 servings.
