WINTRY VENETIAN SPRITZ

Ingredients
• 45ml Aperol
• 50ml Prosecco
• 2 tsp Lillet Blanc
• 2 Dashes of Rhubarb Bitters

Top with
• 100ml Canada Dry Premium Light Tonic Water
• Ice Cubes
Garnish
• Orange Slice
• Pitted Green Olive

Fill a Wine Glass halfway with ice.

Pour over the Aperol then Prosecco and Lillet Blanc, then bitters.

Top with Canada Dry Premium Light Tonic Water and stir once.

Garnish with an orange slice and green olive.
