• 750 ml red wine
• 125 ml brandy
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1⁄2 cup cranberries
• 1 orange – sliced
• 1 apple – cored and sliced
• 3 cinnamon sticks
• 4 star anise
• 2 rosemary sprigs

Top with
• 100 ml Canada Dry Premium Ginger Beer per glass

• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
• 1⁄4 cup maple syrup

• 8 stems of rosemary
• 2 apple slices per glass

This recipe serves 8.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Bring to a simmer, then, reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer gently for 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and maple syrup and transfer to a small plate. Rim each of the glasses by dipping into the plate.

Pour 100 ml of simmered ingredients into a heat proof cup and top with Canada Dry Premium Ginger Beer.

Garnish with apple slices and rosemary.
